Is the founder and director of Optimum Employment Services, a growing and leading recruitment firm servicing the Greater Toronto Area. Jennifer began her human resources career as a full time Recruitment and Placement Coordinator in 2002 with a well-known recruiting firm and decided to use her sharp business acumen and award winning experience to branch out on her own and launch Optimum Employment Services, her own recruiting firm, in 2009. Besides running Optimum Employment Services, Jennifer sits on the Board of Directors for the Vita Center, an organization dedicated to providing residential and community support to all pregnant and parenting youth in Peel Region.


Jennifer Bronson has a Human Resource Management Degree as well is a Certified Sales Professional and a member of the CPSA Sales Institute. Jennifer Bronson is a member of the Cambridge Who's Who as well as Company of Women to name just a few associations.
